I enjoyed the audio card and look forward to more. I enjoy your writings and posts. I would like to see you address an issue that has perplexed me for some time. The issue is this: Why is it that so many of us (myself included) can read so much motivational and self-improvement stuff, but yet never really get to the action part? I mean, a lot of the stuff I read makes me feel better, but I never really take action that leads to long term change. How and why do so many people fail to make the change even though we know what to do. An example would be diet; I think most everyone knows how to lose weight, but few actually do it and stick to it.

Great to get your audio postcard and to actually hear your voice. I’ve been a subscriber for a long time now and have already commented by email how your 7GS changed my life very much for the better. My primary interest is in things metaphysical, so for mine, I’d be grateful to see something like an Advanced 7GS course … perhaps interactive & multimedia.

Given some of the scientific and medical advances since you first wrote it, along with your background and contacts, I’m sure that there would be plenty of new material. Practical applications seem to me to be what’s lacking, and I found your ability to simplify complex concepts in 7GS to be very refreshing and rewarding.

One of the topics on the board now that I started is “Parallel Worlds”.

This is a topic that our Comparative Religion class is researching.There has been a wonderful feed back.

As to what I would like to see in the future. I have always loved your writings in the e-zine and as I said before it’s like they come as I need them. But something that I’m not sure that you can help with or not is an addiction problem of mine. I want to quit smoking and was wondering if there is something you could say that might help me. Asoka, I loved the audio. It’s wonderful putting a voice to the person. You sound, as I knew You would.

I have saved the e-zines to a file, and I frequently review those, to see what, if anything I have used to help me in my personal life. I know, before a diet, or any of the motivational ideas You give us can work, “I” the person has to want it to work. Has to believe it will work, and get out of the rut we are in, to make it do so. Otherwise, as my oh so wise One tells me, it’s a case of: “I ain’t ready yet”.

I am British but have lived here for several years.

This is perhaps a bit late in the day, I was away when your post-card arrived but I really want to say that this is a great idea. It was really so nice to hear you, just like you were there. You sound like a very kind person. It was a nice touch introducing us to Hermes (very handsome he is too!) and his ‘twin’ (perhaps you can show hiim next time). Since I was little, I have always had cats,although I love all animals). I now have a Siamese, Sputnick) rescued as a kitten and now 14.

I don’t remember how I came across your site in the first place, but am so glad that I did. I am presently reading the 7GS and enjoying it very much - there is much food for thought. I also look forward to your Ezines (like others above, I print them out and file them for future reference). It’s difficult to think of any suggestions not already mentioned, as I always enjoy what you write anyway. Perhaps some practical exercises on ‘how to’ - e.g. meditation. I have have been told by a few people that I am ’spiritual’ (something I was not aware of) and that I should develop this - any ideas please?

I enjoyed the audio postcard - it’s certainly easier than a long email at the end of a long day!

Could you include some personal discovery things in future. I often don’t know how or why I’ve ended up how I am. For example, I am overweight, I don’t think I eat excessively so is there some underlying reason, I’ve read it is because I am protecting myself but what from? So something to help me find out what and what to do about it.

Thanks for all your hard work, I do enjoy your articles especially now I can read individual ones via the RSS feeds.
